The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Bataan, conducted the cash payout for the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) beneficiaries yesterday, October 20, 2022, at The Bunker.

Said payout is under the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) youth employment-bridging program aimed at providing temporary employment to in-need but deserving students and out-of-school youths.

A total of 100 students from Bataan received ₱ 6,564.00, each, accumulating to 60% of their total wage.

The remaining 40% will be distributed by the end of the year.
